HISTORY
As a company specialized in fire doors and metal doors in general, at CIMESA we design, manufacture, and install all our products. A post-sales maintenance division ensures they remain in proper condition.
In keeping with our company philosophy, we offer our clients (architecture firms, site management, property owners) our fullest collaboration, putting all our experience and commitment at their service to achieve, in every case, the ideal solution and the best final result.
MISSION
We design and manufacture metal and fire doors with the aim of meeting the needs of our clients, building owners, and the users of the buildings where they are installed.
VISION
We aspire to remain a leading company in the enclosure and metal joinery manufacturing sector by creating and supplying our clients with innovative and competitive solutions, integrated into the building’s architecture, with the required level of technical efficiency and with performance maintained over time.
ORGANIZATION
OUR HISTORY
FOUNDATION (1960)
Jerónimo Cambronero Cid founds CIMESA, a metalworking workshop operating out of a small 210 m² facility.
STANDARDIZATION (1975)
CIMESA specializes in the manufacture of special doors, both manually operated and the innovative automatic-operation doors.
FIRST FIRE-RESISTANCE TEST (1981)
CIMESA manufactures what would become Spain’s first full-size fire door, tested at an officially recognized laboratory.
INDUSTRIALIZATION (1982)
CIMESA centers its operations at a new industrial facility in Cuarte de Huerva (Zaragoza).
GROWTH (1992)
Growing market interest in its products enables the company to expand with a second factory, located in María de Huerva (Zaragoza). CIMESA now has facilities exceeding 6,000 m².
EXPANSION (2011)
During these difficult times, CIMESA responds with effort, drive, and leadership, backing its project with a move to a new 12,000 m² facility at the Plataforma Logística PLAZA (Zaragoza), thereby doubling its production capacity.
PROCESS AUTOMATION (2022)
Preparing for the future, we continue investing in improving internal production processes. Continuous improvement is the path guiding this new stage at CIMESA.
