As a company specialized in fire doors and metal doors in general, at CIMESA we design, manufacture, and install all our products. A post-sales maintenance division ensures they remain in proper condition.

Our product combines multiple features to meet the needs of the installation. The combination of the characteristics described below contributes to the security of the personal property and assets present in the building. CIMESA’s focus is on providing a solution specifically for data centers.

The security level of the doors will make unauthorized access to the facility more difficult, discouraging the intruder or delaying them long enough for the security and emergency team’s response to be more effective.

Access control allows the different areas of the building to be compartmentalized, preventing free movement, improving the building’s efficiency, and providing detailed control over the actions needed in the facility’s critical zones.

In the event of an emergency, the doors’ fire resistance will prevent the fire from spreading, slowing its advance and protecting other areas from the fire, giving emergency teams time to arrive at the facility.

These levels of security, access control, and fire resistance complement building evacuation in an emergency. Electrical evacuation-control devices facilitate the proper use of these routes.

MODEL PAP-2170 (1 LEAF)

Single-leaf hinged metal door, made from 1.2 mm sheets on both faces, with a leaf thickness of 70 mm..

  • Fire resistance classification EI₂60, EI₂90, or EI₂120 per standard EN13501-2, depending on required heights and hardware.
  • Wind resistance at a pressure of 3.5 KPa. After testing, the door remains in good operating condition and functions correctly. Report No. 14_04891.
  • The core material consists of stiffening elements made from metal channels and insulation from 2 gypsum boards and rock wool. The door is finished with a RAL 7035 primer coating, grade C1, water-based, oven-dried.
  • CIMESA CB6/24 hinge model, 2 units for door widths >1,000 mm and 3 units for heights >2,200 mm, made from single-axis, high-performance grade-14 steel per UNE EN 1935, with a greasing point for proper maintenance, electric-welded to frame and leaf. Maximum grade permitted under current regulations.
