WHAT ARE THE FOR?
GALVANIZED OR STAINLESS STEEL DOORS specially designed and manufactured by CIMESA for S.O.S. niches, evacuation galleries, and/or vehicle passages with an integrated pedestrian door.
Range of CIM_E2 120 industrial doors, per standard:

- UNE-EN 12635 2002+A1 2009 — Industrial, commercial, and garage doors and gates. Installation and use.
Range of CIM_EI260/90/120 pedestrian doors, per standard:
- UNE-EN 16034 — Fire-resisting door sets, product standard.
- UNE-EN 14351-1: 2006 + A2: 2017 — External pedestrian doorsets and windows for use on escape routes, with suitable devices.

CIM_EI2 – 120
3500×3500 mm industrial door with an integrated 1-leaf pedestrian door of 900×2020 mm.
Stainless steel gate hinges CB16/30-I with bearing, and CB6/24-I with bearing on the pedestrian door, CIMESA, welded to the frame with stainless steel wire.
90 mm thick leaf, 1.2 mm sheet thickness, and 30 mm leaf rebate with a 260 mm diameter RF120 viewing window.
Sandwich-type insulation made up of:
- Internal metal structure.
- Gypsum panels, 10,9 kg/m² and 0.21 W/mK thermal conductivity.
- High-density rock wool.
230×80 mm overlapping profiled frame, 2 mm sheet thickness, fitted with anti-lever studs.

1- or 2-leaf pedestrian door with panic hardware for escape routes.
Stainless steel hinges CB6/24-I with bearing, CIMESA, welded to the frame with stainless steel wire.
70 mm thick leaf, 1.2 mm sheet thickness, and 15 mm leaf rebate.
